The 2022-23 theme for HOSA is Beyond All Limits. Join the rest of the nation in changing the lives of young people aiming to become future health professionals!
1) Meetings
a. Advertise your first meeting by using students to share the HOSA love!
b. Get your officers elected (as many as you want) to lead the group.
2) Paperwork (Go to Start A Chapter page)
a. Complete the Charter application and Letter of Intent form (see 'More Information')
b. Complete your Chapter by-laws (see template 'More Information')
c. Complete your Program of Work (see template 'More Information)
d. South Dakota HOSA Multiple Release Form (see template 'More Information)
3) Affiliation
a. Click on the following link http://apps.hosa.org/hosaconf/
b. Select 'Access Chapter Advisor Services'
c. Enter your charter number and password (every entry is case sensitive)
d. Affiliate members (name, grade, demographic, email)
4) Invitation
a. Invite your State Advisor to come speak to your group
5) Conference Registration
a. Click on the following link http://apps.hosa.org/hosaconf/
b. Select 'Access Chapter Advisor Services'
c. Enter your charter number and password (every entry is case sensitive)
d. Register for the correct conference (Fall/State/International)
