The University of South Dakota is inviting HOSA chapters to visit the cadaver lab on campus. The visit will last approximately 75 minutes. A complete, dissected donor will be available for students to view all aspects of human anatomy including visceral organs, muscles, nerves, and blood vessels, along with several pathologies.
The objective is to impact individuals intersested in pursuing degrees in a health care profession.
In order to enhance the experience, groups will be limited to 20 students allowing each student to view the donor and pathologies. Larger groups can be accommodated by contacting Denise Arrick at Denise.Arrick@usd.edu. Other campus tours are available in coordination with the lab tour. Please contact the Office of Admissions at 605-658-6200.
