Parkston HOSA Students Participate in Breast Cancer Awareness

Parkston HOSA raised money and awareness through a "Kissing Away Cancer" event at a high school volleyball match. For a $1 doanation, fans had athe option of autographing our awareness sign or putting on a shade of pink lipstick and kissing the poster(Beats kissing a pig!). The aslo sold pink popcorn balls for $2. The chapter raised $130, which will be used to purchase materials  to occupy chemotherapy patients during their therapy sessions. In another attempt to raise awareness, the chapter tied pink ribbons around car antennas.
